Originally from India, the mango tree is grown in all tropical areas, mainly for its fruit. Intense exposure to UV rays develops a powerful cocktail of antioxidant molecules in the leaves of this tropical tree, protecting them from UV rays. Before reaching maturity, the leaves are particularly concentrated in these molecules which are extracted to create our key ingredient. The process involves the collection of young and intermediate leaves, mainly during the rainy season, from December to April, when they are most abundant.
